Basic.Space founder Jesse Lee sees the collaboration as a perfect fit for Los Angeles. “LA’s got the energy and the vibe where people are more open to collaborations and maybe a different way of doing things,” Lee explained. “And also the climate allows us to do things inside-outside. There’s a physical aspect of LA that makes it interesting…there are less boundaries.”
