Interior design power couple Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent are marking a major milestone - 12 years of marriage and creative partnership.

Berkus commemorated the anniversary with a heartfelt black-and-white reel from their special day, prompting an outpouring of affection and admiration from fans.

The designer duo, known for blending vintage chic with modern Art Deco elements, has built a thriving business and a loving family in their NYC home. They've welcomed two children and numerous pets, cementing their status as a devoted pair both personally and professionally.

Brent and Berkus' romance began in the design world, with frequent encounters at industry events and a serendipitous meeting at fashion designer Rachel Zoe's birthday party. Their antique shopping date soon blossomed into a lasting connection.

Together, they've co-starred in TLC's Nate & Jeremiah by Design and HGTV's Nate & Jeremiah Home Project, as well as Berkus' recent return as a guest judge on Bachelor Mansion Takeover.
